Stoner Stix Official offers a 28-day return and refund policy, which begins from the date your order is delivered. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Returns or refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

To initiate an exchange for a damaged or defective product, please contact us at admin@stonerstixofficials.com. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
